CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.This is just a quick overview of the main points for ease. Refer to the full TOS below for more elaboration, which will apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 17/11/2025 - 17th NovemberBy requesting a Commission from Sentry the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
> ⚠︎ All prices are in Great British Pounds/GBP, please pay the equivalent amount to your currency, This will automatically be done if payment is recieved through Ko-Fi or VGen.
> On orders above £150 you may decide to pay half the total upfront, The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch.
> Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
> Work will not be started until payment has proceeded.
>. Certain types of work do not allow for a split payment.DELIVERY PROCESS
> All products will be delivered digitally through VGen, Ko-Fi, or optionally, Email.
> Typically I cannot do deadlines, I may decline so Please ask first!
> It will take about 3 days to 2 weeks to complete a commission after the request is confirmed. It depends on my workload and personal circumstances. Contact will be maintained with the customer throughout longer completion datesREVISIONS
> Customer has the right to 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase.
> Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail.REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATIONS
>. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months. There are no exclusions currently.
Refunds for any other reason are only available before i've started work.
> Sentry reserves every right to refuse or cancel any active order, under condition of full refund if the work cannot be completed.
> Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Sentry will have the full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
> The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by Sentry. Works made for commercial use will be subjected to an additonal 200% on the original price.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
> Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
> In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
> I have the rights to all of my artwork! I am able to post pieces on my socials or on my portfolio. This is non-negotiable.

Commission Process> 01 Please provide me with a reference sheet or fullbody drawing of the character(s) you'd like me to draw, and a description of how you want the drawing to be / how I should portray the character & the mood. Moodboards are accepted too!> 02 I will then get to work on an initial sketch for your feedback & revision in order to provide the best outcome> 03 From this point onwards, contact will be maintained throughout these stages;
- The Updated Sketch
- Flat colouring
- Final render
- Extra touches (If needed)> 04 The final product will be delievered digitally as a PNG through the platform you have ordered from, you can also request it to be sent through Email too.
